New Venture Brings Software and Database Content together for Formulation Chemists and Regulatory Officers

Norwich NY, Clinton, NJ (July 2006) - The Principals of William Andrew Publishing and FORMULATOR Software, LLC are announcing their recent agreement to jointly provide software and database content for the chemical, cosmetics, and drug industries.  Databases from William Andrew are being integrated into the FORMULATOR Lab Book Software package.  This will allow users to easily transfer raw material, formulary and regulatory data directly into Lab Book saving considerable time and effort.

The first release is planned for July 2006, with the Sittig's Hazardous Chemicals Database feeding hazardous materials data into the REGULATOR MSDS generator module of the FORMULATOR suite.  Future releases will include the integration of formulation databases in cosmetics and toiletries, paint and ink, and cleaning products.

William Andrew Publishing is an applied science and technology publisher of books, reference guides, and databases.  Their approach is to enhance productivity through publishing content that is directly applicable in current industrial processes.
