User’s must have FULL write & Read rights to the Formulator share location; contact your System Admin in order to assign proper User Rights.

On multi-user network installations (such as Citrix) where the Formulator license file (.lic) and User file (.mdx) are located in a different folder other than where the main program resides, all client users must have access to this SHARED location.
Solution #2
Verify the location of the .mdxfile. Run Formulator from the SERVER and select Options from the View menu.
